Custom Colour & Industrial Dyeing

Permanent, chip-proof dyeing in the colour reference you specify.

Parts are dyed to match the custom colour codes or RAL standards you specify. Rather than forming a film on the surface, immersion technology penetrates deep into the polymer pore structure, so colours will not peel and retain their permanence under scratching and heavy contact, holding uniform tone consistency across the entire batch. A low-reflectance matte black finish is offered as standard for defense and optical applications.

Why Diffusion Rather Than a Film Layer?

Surface Coating

Stays on the surface

Paint forms a thin film on top of the material. That film lifts under scratching, abrasion and sharp contact, exposing the raw polymer colour beneath. Assembly and field use leave visible marks.

Immersion Dyeing

Enters the material

Pigment diffuses from the surface inward and settles into the polymer pore structure. Even a scratched surface reveals the same colour underneath, with no peeling or flaking. The colour becomes a property of the material itself.

    Surface Preparation

    Residual powder is fully removed from the part after bead blasting. The pore structure is left open and clean so pigment can penetrate.

    Colour Preparation

    The custom colour code or RAL reference you specify is prepared under laboratory conditions. Bath concentration and temperature are tuned to the target tone.

  3. 03

    Immersion & Diffusion

    Parts are immersed in a temperature-controlled bath. Pigment diffuses inward from the surface and settles into the polymer pore structure.

  4. 04

    Fixing & Drying

    Free pigment is washed off as parts leave the bath, the colour is fixed, and the part enters controlled drying. Tone consistency is verified batch by batch.
