Optical & Dimensional Inspection

Critical batches are checked against tolerance by 3D optical scanning and digital calipers. Results are recorded against the part number.

Batch Repeatability

Closed-loop thermal control holds consistent mechanical strength from the first part to the thousandth. The same part number behaves the same across batches.

Material Traceability

Powder blend ratios, sintering temperature logs and material lot numbers are archived. Which powder and which cycle produced a part can be traced back.

First Article Approval

Before series production the first article is measured and submitted for your approval. No batch starts without it.

CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA SECURITY06 / 06

Your Files Are Shared With No One

  • Non-Disclosure Agreement

    On request a mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before quoting. Without one, files are still handled under the same confidentiality.

  • Restricted Access

    CAD files are accessible only to the engineering and production staff running that job. Files are not held in openly accessible locations.

  • Production In Our Own Facility

    Your parts are produced on our own machine fleet. We do not hand production to a third-party supplier, so your file does not leave the company.

  • Retention & Destruction

    Files are kept only for the duration of the job and any revisions. On request they are destroyed after delivery and confirmed to you in writing.

  • Use As a Reference

    Without your permission, images of your parts, your project name and your company name are not used for promotion.

  • Data Transfer

    Files are sent through the quote form over an encrypted connection. A different transfer method can be agreed if you prefer.
