Parts are cleaned by pressurized bead blasting, producing a uniform matte industrial surface. Tumbling and vapor smoothing are available on request for a finer finish.

Permanent, chip-proof dyeing in the colour reference you specify.
Parts are dyed to match the custom colour codes or RAL standards you specify. Rather than forming a film on the surface, immersion technology penetrates deep into the polymer pore structure, so colours will not peel and retain their permanence under scratching and heavy contact, holding uniform tone consistency across the entire batch. A low-reflectance matte black finish is offered as standard for defense and optical applications.
