This Privacy Policy explains the principles under which information sent to MODIFUSE TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ is protected.

As a company producing for the defense, aerospace and critical industries, we recognise that the technical files reaching us often carry a customer’s most sensitive trade secret. This policy turns the handling of those files into a commitment.

This policy covers quote requests sent through the site, technical files shared by email, and all customer information reaching us during the production process.

Detailed information on the processing of personal data is set out in the Personal Data Protection Notice; this policy complements it.

The CAD models, technical drawings and specifications you send are used only for quote evaluation and production.

• Files are accessible only to the engineering and production staff running that job
• Files are not held in openly accessible locations or on shared links
• No derivative designs are developed from your part geometries, and none are offered to other customers

Your parts are produced on our own machine fleet. Production is not delegated to a third-party supplier.

Should a situation arise that would be an exception to this principle, your written approval is obtained before your file is shared.

Your files are kept for the duration of the job and for any revision requests.

On your request they are destroyed after delivery, and the destruction is confirmed to you in writing. Where no such request is made, files are retained for as long as the business relationship requires, without prejudice to retention obligations arising from legislation.

Without your permission, images of your parts, your project name and your company name are not used for promotion, reference lists or social media.

This permission is obtained separately and in writing, independently of the production contract.

The necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent unlawful processing of and unauthorised access to data.

Even so, liability for breaches arising from cyber attack, the unlawful acts of unauthorised third parties or unforeseeable technical causes is accepted to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The accuracy and currency of the information you share through the site rests with you.
