CORE DOMAINS

Defense & UAV Systems

Lightweight airframe parts, sensor and gimbal housings.

On unmanned aircraft, every gram bears on flight endurance. We produce topology-optimised avionics bodies, internal mounting brackets, and radar and sensor protection housings. Reinforced polymers deliver light structural components that can replace metal brackets and do not fracture under vibration.

PARTS WE PRODUCE

04 / 04
01

Unmanned Aircraft Airframe Parts

Motor arms, airframe spars and landing legs. Support-free production allows internal lattices that take weight out.

02

Sensor & Gimbal Housings

Optical and thermal sensor enclosures. Matte black immersion dyeing gives a low-reflectance surface that does not glare in the field.

03

Cable Ducts & Connector Bodies

Complex routing geometries produced as one piece, cutting both part count and failure points.

04

Field Maintenance Aids

Removal, alignment and handling aids. Produced without tooling from a single unit, with revisions back in the field the same week.

SECTOR REQUIREMENTS

What the Sector Demands, What the Process Answers

  • REQUIREMENT

    Low Visual Signature

Surfaces must not glare or reflect under field conditions.

    ANSWER

Immersion dyeing drives pigment into the polymer pore structure; a scratched matte black surface shows the same colour underneath, with no bright marks.

  • REQUIREMENT

    Weight Budget

Every gram that sets flight endurance has to be won back from airframe parts.

    ANSWER

Support-free production makes lattice and hollowed geometries possible, and reinforced polymers can meet metal brackets at lower weight.

  • REQUIREMENT

    Confidentiality

CAD models and part geometries must not leave the scope of the project.

    ANSWER

All files are handled under a non-disclosure agreement, signed mutually before quoting on request.
