Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the terms governing use of the modifuse.com website operated by MODIFUSE TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ.

By visiting or using the site you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the statements in this document. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

In this document "the Company" means MODIFUSE TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, and "the User" means the natural or legal person visiting the site.

These terms cover all pages of the site along with the quote request and information services offered through it.

The site is provided to present our production capabilities and to receive quote requests.

The User undertakes to use the site lawfully and in good faith, and to refrain from the following:

• Using automated access tools that would disrupt the site or place excessive load on the server
• Transmitting unlawful or misleading content, or content infringing the rights of third parties
• Attempting unauthorised access to the system or circumventing security measures
• Collecting or reproducing site content by automated means

Rights in the text, imagery, three-dimensional models, design and software elements on the site, together with the Modifuse name and logo, belong to the Company or the relevant rights holders.

These elements may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted or used commercially without the Company’s written permission.

A quote request sent through the site does not by itself create an order or a contract.

Lead time, quantity and cost indicators shown on the site are for preliminary information. A binding quote is issued to the User separately, after the request has been through engineering review.

The production relationship is governed by a contract concluded separately between the parties.

Material properties published on the site are the manufacturer’s stated typical values. Real figures vary with part geometry, wall thickness, print orientation and finishing conditions.

These values do not constitute a design guarantee. Verifying that the finished part is fit for its intended use is the User’s responsibility.

The site is not warranted to operate uninterrupted or error-free. Liability for indirect losses arising from use of the site is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms of Use without prior notice. The current text takes effect from the date it is published on this page.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute.
