CORE DOMAINS

Medical Devices

Patient-specific surgical guides, orthotic and prosthetic components.

Every patient anatomy differs, and additive manufacturing makes one-off parts at series economics. We produce patient-specific surgical guides, orthotic and prosthetic structural components, and sterilisable laboratory equipment. Finishing options deliver surfaces that meet cleaning requirements.

PARTS WE PRODUCE

04 / 04
01

Surgical Guides

Cutting and drilling guides produced one at a time to patient anatomy. Every part is a different geometry.

02

Orthotic & Prosthetic Components

Patient-specific surfaces and lattice structures, taking weight out while fitting the contact surface to the patient.

03

Device Housings

Clinical equipment enclosures and mounts, with cleanable, smooth finishing options.

04

Anatomical Models

Pre-operative planning and training models, with complex internal structures produced as one piece.

SECTOR REQUIREMENTS

What the Sector Demands, What the Process Answers

  • REQUIREMENT

    Patient-Specific Production

Every part differs; there are no two identical units, so tooling logic does not apply.

    ANSWER

Tooling-free production keeps unit cost flat at a quantity of one and at any geometry; each part comes from its own CAD file.

  • REQUIREMENT

    Contact Suitability

Material suitability must be documented for parts in skin and mucosal contact.

    ANSWER

The polymers we run are assessed by the manufacturer for skin and mucosal membrane contact; validation for your application is done together.

  • REQUIREMENT

    Cleanable Surfaces

Clinical settings need surfaces that hold no residue and take repeated cleaning.

    ANSWER

Bead blasting produces a uniform matte surface, and vapour smoothing a sealed, smooth one.
